Special Board Meeting

We will be having a formal meeting on September 22, 2025 starting at 6.30 PM at Carl’s Jr, 9505 Sepulveda. There will be 2 segmented meetings, the first will start at 6.30 PM expected to last 15 minutes. The first meeting will be to fill the loss of quorum open seats. We will follow with a second meeting which will cover the election of officers along with regular board business. The combined meetings are expected to take 2.5 hrs.
