Qualified residents can receive a FREE rain barrel on Saturday, October 19 from 12 PM-2 PM. Rain barrels help conserve water and make a meaningful contribution to the environment by reducing runoff while also providing water for your plants, promoting sustainable gardening practices. You must be a qualified CD7 resident to participate and need to register at bit.ly/CD7RAIN.
Must be a Council District 7 resident and property owner
Must provide proof of residence through LADWP bill
