We’re excited to host our Mental Health Day Fair in Arleta, bringing neighbors together to celebrate wellness and support healthy minds.

Kick off your day with Zumba led by Instructor Amber Alonso and explore local mental health resources. We’ll also have organizations on hand offering information on a wide range of wellness practices and access to essential health services.
